Since the practice merge, I have found myself regularly unable to make emergency appointments for children. Their appts can't be Booked online. At 8am I am driving a car with children in to school. So far I have been unable to make a daytime appt for my child's mental health, as I need to see a GP without him, and can only make a pre-bookable after 4pm when he and three other siblings would be with me...not possible when I want to talk about his anxiety! I explained this to receptionist and asked for telephone with dr, but told they like to see people face to face...frustrating as so would I!!! Really sad as for a decade previously this has been a good practice. I fear sick people will not be seen, or will have to go to already over crowded a&e.

I have usually found treatment excellent and medical staff helpful. However I have recently had trouble with the online repeat prescription service - it does not always go through and I have to ask my pharmacy to find out why. So on Tuesday this week I requested a repeat prescription and took the precaution of calling the surgery today ensure it had gone through, as online the status was "unknown". I was on hold for half an hour, and the receptionist could not really help, saying something like the dosage had been changed (not to my knowledge) but then saying that "more" had been added - in other words 3 or 4 months' worth instead of 2? There was still no certainty that the prescription would be ready by tomorrow (Fri 21st) morning. I am not happy to wait another half hour to find out if my trip to the pharmacy will be worthless!

Dr Saif practically diagnosed me with something by proxy as soon as I walked through the door, she didnt know my history, my medical details are wrong, it was the worst doctors experience I've ever had, also trying to even getting an appointment is not worth the hassle. It was like nobody listened to what I was saying, doctor or receptionist.

Great GP would go any where with him. Premises not so clean to the eye. Cobwebs on roof window and the smell was not pleasent. A lot of junk on notice board. Books and magazines make the place untidy. Receptionist talking very loud and all at once.

This morning I waited 28 minutes for my call to be answered. There were 9 calls waiting when I joined the call waiting system, but I persevered. I had tried to book an appointment online, but as I only need to see the nurse (smear test) that option was not available to me. Having finally got through I was offered one appointment option 24th April, which I am unable to make as I am on holiday abroad. I asked if I could book for May, given that it is already 11th April I did not think this would be a problem but I was told that May appointments had not yet been loaded on to the computer and could I call back later. Having been in a phone queue for half an hour I suggested that I was not keen to do that and was there another option, to which I was told that perhaps they would call me back. I wait, but am not hopeful.
